ABOUT ME
I am many things; like you, I am layered.
For the last decade I have worked as a Learning and Development professional across multiple industries, mostly focusing on leadership development and softs skills building. I have a Master’s degree in Organizational Psychology and a few certifications in Human Resources and Talent Development.

It took me about fourteen years to finish my undergraduate education. As a young seeker of meaning, I switched majors, colleges, cities, and countries, following a thread of interests in philosophy, literature, psychoanalysis, and social studies. I ended up with a BA degree in Religion, because... Why not?
​
I attempted to become a Jungian analyst and trained for four years at the C. G. Jung Institute of New York, which I left voluntarily and in good standing during the Covid-19 pandemic. Jungian, post-Jungian, and contemporary psychodynamic theories are a big influence in how I see the world and understand the human psyche.​
​
I have spent countless hours attending workshops, retreats and learning experiences in topics like mindfulness, Sufism, psychedelic assisted therapy, neuroscience and —of course —coaching.
​
I am an ICF-Certified coach, a Mental Health Counselor in training (expected graduation: March 2026) and a self-proclaimed “professional inquirer and answer-witness."​
​
By vocation, I am a teacher and a coach. By nature, I am an observer and a challenger of assumptions. At my core, I am just a student.
