PERSONAL DEVELOPMENT COACHING

If you want advice and weekly tips to live a good life, I am 100% not the coach for you. If you want answers, I have none.

I would be honored to work with you if you want a partner in the exploration of the layers within you: What you think you want, what you actually want, and the many ways in which you do not know what you are up to.

Together, we can create a space where you may hear yourself think and dream with some perspective; a space where you may be able to feel your way through some of the inevitable tangles of the many threads of your own being, and then go out and act in the direction of your own inner guidance.

I do not make wild promises about the outcomes of coaching. Life and people are too mysterious for that!

What I can say with responsible conviction is this:

If we work together earnestly and courageously, and if we are graced by the intelligence of what wants to emerge within you, what you would get out of this partnership is incremental room for choice in the places that were previously constricted by habit or fear, and a more manageable relationship with those parts of yourself that tend to get in your own way.

A Note on Leadership Development Coaching:

When leaders like you get stuck and need business advice or tips for increased effectiveness, you usually know where to source them; that is what consultants, mentors, training and the internet are for. There is certainly no shortage of information out there.

Yet, in your leadership development journey, there will be times when you will get stuck in the layers within you where no amount of external input is likely to help. At these junctures, coaching is helpful because there is no place to go but inward. Like Warren Bennis said, “Becoming a leader is synonymous with becoming yourself. It’s precisely that simple, and it’s also that difficult.”

For the last decade I have worked in the field of corporate learning and leadership development, supporting individuals in their path of becoming more intentional versions of who they are, which is what ultimately differentiates excellent leaders from average ones.

After years of advocating for the democratization of leadership development, I love working with driven individual contributors and dedicated frontline managers, especially those leaders who don’t traditionally get assigned executive coaches and who are, nonetheless, the actual heart of all organizations.

A Note on Psychedelic Integration Coaching:

Perhaps you, like many others, are turning to the use of psychedelics as catalysts of spiritual exploration, self-understanding, and healing. If you have recently used psychedelics and are seeking support in the process of integrating your experience, I would be honored to be part of your journey.

Let's create a space where you can metabolize what you have lived, encountered, and received through altered states of consciousness. Together, we can explore how to turn your experiences and insights into ways of acting and being in the world.

It is my personal belief that psychedelics —when used safely, intentionally and wisely— have the potential to save lives and to gift us with profound meaning and beauty. In my country, however, psychedelics remain illegal at the federal level and regulations vary greatly by jurisdiction. As such, I offer integration coaching services to support harm reduction. I do not promote or facilitate access to psychedelics in any capacity.
